Sūshi Sawaki (佐脇 嵩之, Sawaki Sūshi ) was born on 1707 and died on August 1, 1772. He was Edo period Japanese artist.
Biography
Sushi Sawaki was a disciple of Itcho Hanabusa and painted genre pictures in ukiyoe style. In 1737, he completed his most popular work Hyakkai Zukan. His son Sutetsu, was also a noted artist. Sukoku Ko was the most distinguished of Sushi's disciples.
